Kochery: The Immaculate Band, Kochery, under the leadership of KCYM (Kerala Catholic Youth Movement), has officially opened admissions for aspiring musicians of all age groups. Guided by the motto "One Band • One Beat • One Spirit," the initiative aims to nurture musical talent while promoting harmony, discipline, excellence, and service within the community.
The band offers professional training in a variety of instruments, including Trumpet, Clarinet, Side Drum, Bass Drum, Cymbals, and other band instruments. Classes will be conducted twice a week by experienced instructors, providing structured musical education in a supportive environment.
The registration fee is ₹1,000 (one-time), the instrument fee is ₹500 (one-time), and the monthly training fee is ₹800.
Organizers highlighted that joining the band helps participants develop professional music skills, discipline, teamwork, performance experience, confidence, and a spirit of community service. The programme is open to children, youth, and adults who have a passion for music.
Admissions are limited to the first 30 applicants. Interested candidates are encouraged to register at the earliest.
